In early 2017 Light In The Attic Records of Seattle asked local impresario Steve Peters to put together a compilation of PNW artists for a projected vinyl release. For reasons not entirely clear the comp never came out.

Here was LITA's explanation canceling the release, dated July 3:
"Hi Steve,
We've been going over this one more and more and have to thank you again for the patience. At the moment, I think we need to hold off on the project due to an increasingly over-saturated vinyl market and a number of difficult projects on our plate. It's tough saying that, as I honestly would like to see this happen. From the standpoint of someone born in the Seattle area, it would be nice to see this music documented on one release. As I mentioned before, we're all extremely thankful for the time you've put into this. You did a fantastic job compiling the tracks. Saying all that, I'd like to revisit this in a year and see where we're at as a label. We, and the vinyl market, may still be in the same spot, but maybe there's a chance we can pull something off and will be in a better position with our release schedule.
Thanks again and hopefully you can understand where we're at."

Too bad it never came out. It was QUITE a good selection.
